These plants will be acclimated on arrival in South Africa and shipped to you when they are rooted and healthy.

At checkout, please pay a 50% deposit by selecting EFT/Bank Transfer to place the order.

The remaining 50% balance is only due once you have been notified by Fuzzy Roots that the plants are ready for shipping.

Acclimation: Plants are unpacked, unwrapped, cleaned and disinfected and placed in recovery and then potted in our premium plant specific potting mixes. They then stay in our greenhouse for a few weeks (3 to 4 weeks) where temperatures and humidity are optimal for acclimation, until they have recovered from shipping stress and are then shipped onto you. This includes our guarantee that your plant will be refunded or replaced if it does not survive. However, leaf loss or mechanical damage does not qualify for a refund provided new roots and growth is still active.

The plant pictured is a representative plant belonging to the group of imports that will be shipped – you will receive one as similar as possible.

After receiving your plants, please do NOT re-pot for at least four weeks and water very carefully. We cannot replace or refund plants that perish due to incorrect care.
