Thank you for participating in the Fuzzy Roots South Africa import round! By ordering, you are securing rare and exotic plants brought in directly from our premium international growers.

📌 Please Note: Plant photos represent one individual plant from a group of similar size and color. While your plant will be an accurate representation, variegation by its very nature is unpredictable; uniformity and exact patterning cannot be guaranteed.

📦 Acclimation Policy & Care

Because these are fresh imports, they require specialized care upon arrival.

• Default Shipping (Unacclimated): All plants are standardly sold unacclimated and will be dispatched to you immediately upon arrival in South Africa. Providing a proper acclimation environment is the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Fuzzy Roots Acclimation Service: If you prefer us to acclimate your new plants for you, you can request this service via email at sales@fuzzyroots.co.za. Pricing and timelines will depend on the pot size and your preferred substrate. You can request PON, Leca, premium aroid mix, sphagnum moss, caladium mix, anthurium mix, or Aqua soil.

💳 Payment Policy

To secure your imported plants, we require a commitment to the order:

• A 50% Deposit is strictly required to confirm all pre-orders.

• Deposits can be made easily via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Secure banking details will be provided directly at checkout.

🔄 Refund, Cancellation & Guarantee Policy

Please review our strict import policies before completing your purchase:

• Strict No-Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed with our international growers, no cancellations are allowed. If you choose to cancel or abandon your order, your 50% deposit will be completely forfeit.

• Live Arrival Guarantee: Fuzzy Roots guarantees live arrival within South Africa. If a plant is severely damaged or dead upon unboxing on delivery day, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.

• Post-Arrival Care: Because we cannot control the environment in which the plant is kept after delivery, we cannot replace or refund plants that perish due to incorrect care or failed acclimation.
