Shipping info: On arrival in South Africa, plants are unpacked, unwrapped, cleaned and disinfected and placed in recovery and then potted in our premium plant specific potting mixes. They then stay in our greenhouse for a few weeks (3 to 4 weeks) where temperatures and humidity are optimal for acclimation, until they have recovered from shipping stress and are then shipped onto you.

This includes our guarantee that your plant will be refunded or replaced if it does not survive. However, leaf loss or mechanical damage does not qualify for a refund provided new roots and growth is still active.

At checkout, please select EFT payment method to pay a 50% deposit - this will secure the order and the remaining 50% balance will become due once you have been notified by Fuzzy Roots that the plants are ready for shipping.

The plant pictured is a representative plant belonging to the group of imports that will be shipped – you will receive one as similar as possible.

After receiving your plants, please do NOT re-pot for at least four weeks and water very carefully. We cannot replace or refund plants that perish due to incorrect care.
