Colocasia Grail of Blood (PRE-ORDER)

Rare Plant Import Pre-Orders

By ordering, you are securing rare and exotic plants brought in directly from our premium international growers.

📌 Please Note: Plant photos represent one individual plant from a group of similar size and colour. While your plant will be an accurate representation, variegation by its very nature is unpredictable; uniformity and exact patterning cannot be guaranteed.

📦 Acclimation Policy & Care

Because these are fresh imports, they require specialised care upon arrival.

• Acclimated Before Dispatch: Plants will be acclimated and growing actively, showing healthy roots and 1 to 2 new leaves, before dispatching. The acclimation process takes approximately 6 weeks, and festive season shipping is extremely congested, so we will aim to send out plant orders towards the end of January. The exact date will be confirmed and may be staggered across orders, so we can pack with the utmost care and precision and you receive your new plants in pristine condition.

• We’re Here to Help! Please research your new plant's specific needs carefully to ensure it thrives. If you have any questions or need advice, we are always happy to help. Reach out to us anytime at fuzzyrootsza@gmail.com for tips and care guidance.

💳 Payment Policy

To secure your imported plants, we require a commitment to the order:

• A 50% Deposit is strictly required to confirm all pre-orders.

• Deposits can be made easily via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Secure banking details will be provided directly at checkout.

• Full payment is also available as an option at checkout via PAYFAST and YOCO.

🔄 Refund, Cancellation & Guarantee Policy

Please review our strict import policies before completing your purchase:

• Strict No-Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed with our international growers, no cancellations are allowed. If you choose to cancel or abandon your order, your 50% deposit will be completely forfeit.

• Live Arrival Guarantee: Fuzzy Roots guarantees live arrival within South Africa. If a plant is severely damaged or dead upon unboxing on delivery day, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.

• Post-Arrival Care: Because we cannot control the environment in which the plant is kept after delivery, we cannot replace or refund plants that perish due to incorrect care.

By purchasing this plant or product, you explicitly agree to these terms and conditions.
