Thank you for participating in the Fuzzy Roots South Africa import round! By ordering, you are securing rare and exotic Tissue Culture plantlets brought in directly from our premium international laboratories and growers.

Representative Photos: Plant photos represent one plantlet in a group of similar size and color. It is a representation of what you will receive, not the exact plant.

Variegation Unpredictability: Variegation by nature is unpredictable. Uniformity in variegation cannot be guaranteed.

📦 Acclimation Policy & Care

Because these are fresh, sterile tissue cultures, they require specialized care and immediate acclimation upon arrival.

Default Shipping (Unacclimated): All plantlets are sold unacclimated, shipped in sterile agar/gel media, and will be dispatched to you immediately upon arrival in South Africa. Providing a proper sterile acclimation environment is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Fuzzy Roots Acclimation Service: If you prefer us to deflask and acclimate your new TC plantlets for you, you can request this service via email at sales@fuzzyroots.co.za. Pricing and timelines will depend on the batch and variety.

🧫 Shipping Disclaimers

Media Shifting: Plantlets are shipped in sterile gel/agar media. Due to courier handling, we cannot guarantee that plants won’t roll or shift in the media during transit.

Tub Damage: While highly unlikely, we cannot accept claims if the tissue culture tubs crack or break during shipping. In the rare event that this happens, you must deflask and acclimate your plants immediately upon arrival to save them.

💳 Payment Policy

To secure your imported tissue cultures, we require a commitment to the order:

A 50% deposit is strictly required to confirm all pre-orders.

Deposits can be made easily via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Secure banking details will be provided directly at checkout.

🔄 Refund, Cancellation & Guarantee Policy

Please review our strict import policies before completing your purchase:

Strict No-Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed with our international growers, no cancellations are allowed. If you choose to cancel or abandon your order, your 50% deposit will be completely forfeited.

Live Arrival Guarantee: Fuzzy Roots guarantees live arrival within South Africa. If a plantlet is severely damaged (outside of normal media shifting) or dead upon unboxing on delivery day, please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.

Post-Arrival Care: Because we cannot control the environment in which the plantlets are kept after delivery, Fuzzy Roots will not be held liable for plantlets that perish due to incorrect care, contamination, or failed acclimation.
