All plants are now sold as no acclimation and will be dispatched on arrival to their new homes. Unfortunately, with rising costs, we can no longer offer this as a free service

Plant photos represent one plant in a group of similar plants in size and colour. Not exact plant, but as close as possible representation. Variegation by nature is unpredictable and uniformity in variegation cannot be guaranteed.

Tissue Culture plants are shipped in sterile agar media. We cannot guarantee that plants won’t roll in media/jelly during shipping, due to courier handling. We also cannot accept claims if tubs break in shipping (it is unlikely though). In such a case, you would then need to acclimate your plants immediately on arrival.
